Where it all began...
Southlight Properties began as an idea from a Lehigh Alumni during their freshman year.
Our goal is to purchase properties in great locations near Lehigh and renovate them to provide high-end, modernized, and personalized smart-homes. Our priority is our residents, which is why we offer a personalized management experience.
